School Meals

Infant aged school children are entitled to receive a Free School Meal.

If your child requires a special diet for medical reasons please complete the Medical Diet Request form shown below. Please return the form together with the medical evidence requested and a photograph of your child to the school office. Chartwells will be unable to process requests without the required documentation.
